Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on zs777f are denominated.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before full account access — including withdrawal functionality — is granted.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable balances credited to an account as part of a zs777f promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the player using PKR via accepted payment methods.

Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on zs777f. Registering or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify zs777f of any changes promptly via the live support channel.

zs777f reserves the right to request CNIC documentation and additional proof of identity, address, or payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zs777f may result in account restriction or closure.

• Registration does not constitute a guarantee of service. zs777f reserves the right to decline registration without providing a reason.
• Upon successful KYC completion, the account is fully activated including withdrawal functionality.
• Players bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through their registered account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs777f login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

zs777f will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password from someone claiming to represent zs777f, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately through the official live support channel.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on zs777f are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs777f does not impose currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance in PKR.

Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the account, subject to method-specific limits.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on zs777f sports markets — including cricket, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are governed by these general betting rules and any sport-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by a reference number are not binding on zs777f.
• Odds: Displayed odds may fluctuate. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed — evidenced by the bet reference — are the odds that apply to settlement, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable void period, or if the outcome cannot be determined. Void bets are settled at the stake amount (i.e., stake is returned).
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to process them in real time. zs777f reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Palpable errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (palpable error), zs777f reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of settlement status, and apply a corrected settlement.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per sport and event. Limits are displayed on the relevant betting markets and are subject to change.
• PSL and Pakistan cricket markets: All PSL and Pakistan cricket markets are subject to official match results as confirmed by the match referee. Results subject to appeal or DRS review at the time of settlement may be held pending a final determination.

Casino Games

Casino games available on zs777f — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers under their respective operating agreements. zs777f acts as the commercial operator of these games on its platform.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness.

zs777f reserves the right to use fraud detection tools, transaction monitoring, and third-party data providers to identify prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account action are made at zs777f's sole discretion, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 15.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

zs777f shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to odds, tips, or promotional communications;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Any delay or failure in performing obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond zs777f's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain account security in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

zs777f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, zs777f will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the zs777f platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms took effect. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

Termination & Account Closure

Closure by the player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting zs777f support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure unless wagering requirements are fully completed at the time of the request.

Suspension or closure by zs777f: zs777f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• zs777f has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to zs777f, other players, or the integrity of the platform;
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require it.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, zs777f is not obligated to return any balance pending investigation, and may withhold funds indefinitely in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering laws.

Complaints, Disputes & Governing Law

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your zs777f account or a transaction, you must first contact zs777f's support team via live chat. zs777f aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex matters involving detailed transaction review may take up to 14 business days. zs777f will communicate an expected resolution timeline where a complaint cannot be resolved immediately.

Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant authority under zs777f's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available upon request from the support team.

Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs777f holds its gaming licence. Players access zs777f on the basis that they are doing so in compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction and zs777f makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular territory.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any sport-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the player and zs777f and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings relating to the subject matter.
